Help Artistic Talent Needed

Help, I am requesting for someone to draw a original character of mine as I have next to no artistic talent, maybe with a camera but not with anything else.

It can be done in any style you wish as long, as you stick to my outline, you do what you want

Its for a original story of mine, each character information with post once a month so I have some outside inspiration so I can continue writing.

Lola - 19 years old
Female
Short around 5 foot 2
Short honey coloured hair, often cut in a bob
Large coffee coloured eyes
Lightly Tanned
Likes Large jewerelly, 1920's style dresses
heart shaped face
Personality - Loud, Bubbly, overly confident and flirtacious
Wears make-up, nothing too heavy
small to moderate bust
comes across as vain and self centered, however this is a facade to hide behind as she is frightened to show the real her who is frightened and fragile little girl who wants to be loved, this causes problems with certain people she works with.

Speciality - Assassinations and Uncover work as she is a master of Deception.
